PHOTOS

When you use our app, you may choose to upload photos from your device. We will store these photos on our servers in order to provide the service of printing them. We will not share these photos with any third parties without your explicit consent, except in the limited circumstances described in this privacy policy or as required by law.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

If you choose to subscribe to our service, you will receive 20 photos per month. We will store these photos on our servers in order to provide this service to you. Again, we will not share these photos with any third parties without your explicit consent, except in the limited circumstances described in this privacy policy or as required by law.

ORDER DETAILS

In addition to the photos that you upload to our app, we also process and store certain order details in order to fulfill your orders. This information includes your shipping address and payment information. This information is processed and stored on the servers of our third-party service provider, Shopify, in order to provide the service of printing your photos and delivering them to you. We will not share this information with any other third parties without your explicit consent, except in the limited circumstances described in this privacy policy or as required by law. Sharing of Personal Information

At RCKIVE, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your explicit consent, except in the limited circumstances described in this privacy policy or as required by law. In some cases, we may need to share your personal information with third-party service providers in order to provide the services offered through our app, such as printing and delivering your photos. These service providers are contractually bound to protect your personal information and only use it for the purposes for which it was disclosed. We may also be required to disclose your personal information in response to a valid request from law enforcement or other government authorities. In these cases, we will only disclose the minimum amount of information necessary to comply with the request.
